Before founding his own business, Nero Training Ltd, in 2008, Neil is proud to have served his country with the Royal Air Force being recognised for his achievements in the Queen’s Honours List in 1996, 2000 and 2010. He has had the opportunity to put theory into practice on Operational Tours in the Middle East, Former Yugoslavia, Kosovo and the Falkland Islands. During his commercial career he has worked with Grontmij, Abbeydale Training Ltd, Adrenalin (North Yorkshire) Ltd and with ITV Productions on the revamped Krypton Factor TV Show. He has also designed, delivered and evaluated be-spoke training programmes for Schools and Colleges in North Yorkshire, County Durham and Teesside. Always an active sportsman, he still enjoys Rugby, Cricket and Football and is a Ski Leader for the Ski Club of Great Britain.

Ronnie Alexander

Ronnie LinkedIn profileRonnie has over 20 years cumulative experience in Sport and Fitness, spanning representative rugby, cricket and outdoor pursuits. Using a range of expertise, he combines empathy with strong interpersonal skills ensuring clients are motivated enough to step out of their comfort zone and reach organisational and personal goals, through dedicated training which is fun, enjoyable, effective and anticipated. Ronnie, has delivered training and leadership programmes to the Military as a Physical Training Instructor with a repertoire of qualifications including Rock Climbing, Kayaking, Mountain Leader and Mountain Biking.  More recently, he has specialised in coaching and mentoring future officers of the Royal Air Force with Universities across the UK and is also responsible for leadership and management development of non-commissioned officers in the Royal Air Force. Ronnie has a proven track record facilitating Neuro Linguistic Programming,  Equality and Diversity and First Aid, designing sessions that are varied and effective using applications such as Mobile Team Challenge, BELBIN team role theory, SDI and Transactional Analysis. During his commercial career he has worked with Ampleforth College, Abbeydale Training Ltd and Adrenalin NY Ltd delivering accredited Leadership Training with the ILM.

Neil Warwick

Neil is a qualified master practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Myers Briggs Type Indicator® Step 1 & 2 Practitioner and is accredited with the European Coaching and Mentoring Council.  He has extensive coaching experience and success with a variety of civilian and military clients'. His coaching is designed to enhance clients well being and performance in personal life and work life domains.

Neil has a passion for golf and can offer specialised performance coaching packages to enhance corporate golfers' cognitive skills and conceptualise similar areas to business performance. A few examples are: focus, coping strategies, confidence/belief, and motivation.

Neil has over 20 years of experience in providing specialist and bespoke training in sports, fitness, outdoor activities and development training.  Emotional intelligence, mental toughness, Belbin psychometric testing, cognitive behaviour therapy, and sports psychology are some of the coaching areas and development models Neil has worked with. He can design sessions to challenge individual or team needs and help them understand how to unlock their maximum potential.

He has extensive experience with the Royal Air Force, facilitating Advanced Personal Development & Leadership Training.  This involves pilots, navigators and aircrew being placed in unfamiliar and challenging environments using the medium of overseas adventurous training exercises.  This type of experiential learning enhances a wide range development opportunities including, cultural awareness, teamwork, performance under pressure, decision making and self discovery. Neil's activity qualifications include alpine and ski touring, rock climbing, kayaking, mountain leader and mountain biking.
